RETURNS
You have a 14 day cancellation policy when buying through Bobbys.no, valid from the day you receive your package. If you want to return any, or all, of the goods you purchased – fill out a cancellation form, pack it together with the goods you want to return and send them back to us to the following address:

At the same time, send us a mail to kundeservice@bobbys.no with information on the order, the products you are returning and the tracking number for the return package. Once we have received the goods in return, we will refund your purchase.
According to §15 first paragraph of the Right of Cancellation Act, it is stated that return costs must be borne by the consumer. If, however, there is a complaint about the goods and there is something wrong with them, we will of course cover the return costs.
We offer a 14-day right of exchange from when you receive the goods in accordance with Norwegian law, §19 of the Cancellation Act. Please note that this is only valid if the product has not been opened and the seal is intact. If you are unsure, please contact us.
You can also purchase a return slip from us for nok 99.- You will then be charged for this when we process your refund. You can ask for this option via mail. You will then be mailed back a return slip that you need to print out and attach to your return shipment.
Criteria for returns are the following in relation to the product category:
Wigs
Can only be returned with the red exchange label attached. Once this is removed, we cannot take the wig in return (bought online). Wigs bought in store cannot be exchanged / returned.
Extensions
Can only be returned / exchanged if they are still attached to the original package with packaging intact and are unused. Opened products cannot be returned / exchanged.
Hair and skin care products
Only products in their original packaging, unopened and unused can be returned.
Electrical Equipment
Only products in their original packaging, unopened and unused can be returned.

EXCHANGE
The same 14 day policy as above applies if you wish to exchange the product you have ordered with another. For instance, if you want the change the color or length of the extensions you have bought or the size of your shampoo.
In any of these cases, the most efficient and quick way of exchanging to a different product is to place a new order for the item you want to change to and send the initial product back to us with the same procedure as when returning a product.
This way, you can get your new product before we receive the return.
