- Detangle First: Before washing, gently brush your extensions using a wide-tooth comb to remove tangles and knots.
- Shampoo: Use a sulfate-free shampoo, such as Keracare Hydrating Detangling Shampoo, to preserve the natural moisture of the hair. Apply shampoo in a downward motion and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Condition: Apply a deep conditioning treatment like Keracare Natural Textures Deep Conditioning Masque for 10–15 minutes to maintain softness and shine. Rinse thoroughly.
- Drying: Pat the extensions gently with a towel to remove excess water. Air drying is best, but if you need to use a blow dryer, keep it on a low-heat setting to avoid heat damage. We recommend using Keracare Silken seal that protects from heat damage and provides necessary moisture.

- Create a division where you want to place the first row, normally just above ear height. Make sure the division is as straight as possible.
- Backcomb the hair where you want to place the first clip. You can also use some hairspray on this area after backcombing to make the clips fasten better.
- Click in place the clips on the weft. Make sure that the row is tight to your head.
- Create a new division for row 2 and repeat steps 2-3.
- The 4 single clip rows can be placed where you want/need them.
