Freight and delivery
We offer shipping via Posten/Bring throughout Norway. Orders over NOK 1,000 are free of shipping and the standard shipping method is Parcel to Hentested / Klimaneutral Servicepakke. You have the option to choose your own collection point with this shipping method. Other shipping options, such as Home Delivery – evening delivery and Parcel to Business with daytime delivery are also available.
The various shipping options we offer:
Package to collectionpoint
This option allows you to pick up your parcel at the nearest post office or post office from your location. You can also choose Package box as a sub-option.
The price for this option is NOK 100.
Package to packagebox
This option allows you to collect the parcel when it suits you, as the parcel box normally has 24 hour access. Remember that if you choose this option, you MUST download and register for the Posten app in either the Apple Store or the Play Store.

Packagedeliveredhome
With thisoption, youcan have your order delivered to yourdoor. Youcandecidewhichdayyouwantthepackagedelivered. Posten/Bring delivers packages to yourdoorbetween 5pm and 9pm in cities and towns. On thedayofdelivery, youwillreceive an SMS abouttheexpectedarrivalwith a shorter time window. In the rest ofthe country, deliverytakesplacebetween 08:00 and 17:00.
You can easily ask us to leave the package if you are not at home when we arrive, but please note that if you live in a building, we are in Bobbys or Posten, not responsible for neighbors or others with bad intentions taking the box yours if it is delivered outside your door.
The price for this option is NOK 150.
Package for business
This option allows you to have the package delivered to your door between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday. As standard, Bring makes up to two delivery attempts before the package is returned to the sender. So make sure you are ready to receive your package if you choose this option.
The price for this option is NOK 200.
Normal delivery time for all the options above is 2-3 working days. Our warehouse is located in Oslo, so the further away your package is from Oslo, the longer it can take. In some cases, it can take 4-5 days to reach Finnmark.
Unclaimed packages:
If you do not collectyour order, thepackagewillautomatically be returned to us. If this has not beenagreedwithus in customer service, you as a customer will be charged a feeof NOK 350, which covers ourexpenses for theshipment.
As standard, you have 7 days to collect the parcel from the arriving collection point / parcel box. You can extend this by 7 extra days through the Posten app or via SMS.
