We offer a Click &Collectoption so you can shop the products you want on our website in the comfort of your home and pick them up on your way home from work or while running a different errand.

How the Click & Collect works:
1. Add all the items you want to shop to your shopping cart.
2. Go through the shopping cart and add any coupons you might have available.
3. Click “Proceed to checkout” and here add your contact and shipping details.
4. Click “Continue to shipping” and here choose the option “Klikk& hent hos ossiSkippergata 23 i Oslo”
5. Click “Continue to payment” and choose and confirm your preferred payment option.

You will then receive an order confirmation via mail as per your normal order. You after this receive a collection message by SMS as soon as the goods are packed and ready for collection.

We try do pack Click & Collect orders as soon as we receive them, normally within 1hr of receiving the order. The collection message also serves as confirmation that the goods have been reserved and have been set aside for you. You don’t need to pay when collecting the order as all Click & Collect orders are pre-paid.

 

Remember that we only have one shop in Norway at current, our flagship store in Oslo, so all Click & Collect orders must be picked up from there.

NOTE! If you order later than two hours before the shop closes, the order will only be ready for collection when the shop opens the next working day.

Collection deadline for Click & Collect: Your order will be available for 10 days before it is returned and credited. This will incur a fee of NOK 150 to cover our expenses and time in picking and packing your order. The fee is deducted from the payment for the order and the remaining amount is refunded.
