Once weekly, squeeze out a capful size (of this tube) or more in your hand. Smooth onto damp curls section by section from the root downwards to the ends. Run a wide tooth comb through your hair to detangle. Leave in for 30 minutes. You may also sit under a heat cap or a steamer for a deeper penetrating conditioning. Rinse then proceed to styling.
